We are growing again! Turf Commanders Landscaping works 7:30 AM - 5:30 PM Monday-Thursday, so work life balance is important to us!

We need FULL-TIME team members for our South Charlotte landscape company based out of South Tryon/Carowinds Blvd. area. Take advantage of the opportunity to be trained by seasoned landscape professionals for rapid advancement opportunities. Automatic raise in 60 days and attendance bonus starts at day one.

Responsibilities include commercial and residential turf and horticultural care. Prior experience preferred but not a must! Driver’s license is required. We utilize zero turn mowers, weed eaters, edging and shrubbery and tree installation equipment.

Reliable transportation to and from workshop is a must!

Get into our supervisor training program within 4-6 months! Come grow with us and manage some of the most beautiful landscapes in Charlotte.

CREW LEADERS go through our 12 week training program ($740-$800 a week).

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour

Experience: Landscape maintenance: 1 year (Preferred)
